So if I’m understanding correctly, this allow a popup message for any client that has my plugin installed in the admin screen right? Is this message only specific to when they are under my plugin in the admin or can the message show up wherever they are in the admin? I’m looking to request a review for my plugin but don’t want just when they are under my plugin window.
