Retrieving email address that have not confirmed

All of our newsletter subscription “confirmation” emails go to spam. I’m using an actual email address for the reply that is our actual business email. The message also has no spam-like words or anything like that. What a drag. Over 1200 people have signed up, only 66, apparently, got the email out of spam and confirmed. So, their emails must exist somewhere, correct? They must. We must find a way t o get them to confirm. How can we get access to all these email addresses so that we can take alternative measures to send them the confirmation email correctly? Thank you. Mike Liuzza I suspect in this case the emails were going into spam for a variety of reasons. Sometimes if you use an email address that is different from your server (so if your from is @gmail .com, or you don’t use SMTP etc.) this is why this happened. I’d recommend instead using something like sending your email through SMTP, or using something like Mailgun to send emails – https://www.mailgun.com/ You can reset the emails and maybe use this – https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-email-reminder/ – however this plugin is NOT supported by me so I cannot give support on it (I’ve not used it for years, so it’s no guarantee to work). But me telling you how and where to retrieve them won’t happen. My concern is that it can be used for spam (I detail this in the FAQ – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-email-capture/#faq ) Also, that plugin does not work with new version of WP. I’m assuming you’re referring to WP Email Reminder. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do as I didn’t write said plugin. YOu can maybe approach them for support.
