We have installed three different reports. All three were sent without any problems for about 3 month. We don’t know why, one day we did not receive the reports any longer. We tried to change several things and reset the reports, now two of the three reports are working, but the third does not. The report should send the annual sales from the shop from 01 Jan – today by email. No matter what settings we make, we do not receive this report. The send period stops on the day when we insert the new report and we do not know why. Do you have any ideas? Hello, Please check PHP errors log and WordPress debug log for any errors. Regards, Oleg
