I have uploaded a jpg product image with a slight white background that I want to remove. I click on remove media background and all get is a white image. Alternatively, I would recommend the AI Background Removal feature in ShortPixel Image Optimizer as it is more advanced and refined that the one in EMR, so it should work perfectly fine in such cases!
