When I install the plugin it hides the related products from my store in the single product page as you can see in the link, rest of the products have the related products. Is there any solution? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi there, I checked the page you mentioned, but in my case I could see the Related products section in that product page. Could you clean the cache of your browser and site, and then check if the issue is solved? If you still have issues, please send us some screenshot so that we can see the issue. We’ll remain at your disposal. I had configured the related products tab with the shortcode [ux_product_related style=”grid”] but this didnt work with the frequently bought together plugin shortcode and I tried with the woocommerce default one [related_products] and it worked. But I have configured the rest of the elements in the product page with ux_product shortcodes, and the [ux_product_tabs] should show the brand and additional information tabs but they are not working. If you look the link I sent you it dont show the brand and additional information tabs, but the rest of the products yes. Hi there, I checked the page you mentioned, but in my case I could see the Related products section in that product page.
