Hi there, I installed the plugin and created a new event. I turned on the countdown and I selected Yes for Registration and set it to internal. The countdown is not visible and when I click the registration button nothing happens. I tested on both Firefox and Chrome and had the same results. I read another thread where the person added the Contact Form plugin, so installed your New Contact Form plugin, but alas, the results are the same; no countdown and the Registration button does nothing. Thank you for looking into this. Sincerely, G3Events Hi @g3events , Thanks for contacting us. I have just checked the plugin on my local system and its working perefectly. Please share the live page URL where you are using the plugin so we can check it. Please also share a screen-recorded video of the issue so we can understand the issue, here is a tutorial video on how to record your screen – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFaOkSrJAPo&t=3s Thanks Hello, The URL is https://staging2.g3events.org/560-2/ User/Pass: externalsupport x#c$}j14`9J@ Video: https://youtu.be/HG8YO5iBxOU Thanks for the fast response! Hi @g3events , Thanks for the URL and video. I have checked your page and found the JS error of not loading Jquery, please see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/yj-Dxa8BLEQ- If your theme or any optimization plugin includes an option to load JavaScript in the footer, disable it. Alternatively, if there’s an option to load jQuery in the header, enable it. Please try and let us know. Thanks Thank you. The registration issue is definitely a theme issue. I am using a Blocksy Child theme. When I switch to the Twenty twenty-five theme, registration works. The countdown is still not working, but I will dig into that after I resolve the first part. I am digging into the themes to see the differences now. I will keep posting my findings here so that others may see them. Please do not take this as being antagonistic. I was informed the plugin should check to see if jQuery is loaded, if not loaded it should load it, if it is loaded it should use it. Currently, it appears the plugin just tries to use jQuery without any checks. Is this something you can look at? Thanks! G3Events I found a plugin called ‘Force jQuery in Head.’ That solved the registration button issue, but not the countdown issue. also, the test url is now https://staging2.g3events.org/549-2/ Hi @g3events , Thanks for the updates. Configure the event date for the next 2-3 days and and check the countdown. if it will not work the contact to our official site – A WP Life Thanks This reply was modified 11 months, 3 weeks ago by Pathhan . I set the date for the 11th and the countdown still does not work. Question about the pro version. If I set a price for a ticket, am I forced to use payment clearing house? E.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc. Or, can I just set the price and have an alternate payment method that I manage? Yes, you need to use paypal in pro version.
