Good afternoon I would like to set up recurring payments leveraging checkout.com as payment gateway, how can I do it? Is there any other required plugin? Thank you. Good question. Wondering the same… does anyone know? Hi, Yes, you can use Checkout to support recurring payments use cases. If you want to make use of subscription management platforms (although not required), we have integrations with Chargebee, which is another plugin available. https://www.chargebee.com/partners/checkout-com/ Tyler Hi there, Is this plugin compatible with woocommerce subscriptions ? @tyleratcheckout This reply was modified 5 years, 2 months ago by cagsan . Hi @cagsan We are currently working on making the plugin compatible with Woocommerce Subscriptions. Should be live the week of April 19th. I can update you once it is ready. Thanks, Tyler @tyleratcheckout That would be great! Because we have a successful subscription product, making €11K per month and we are not happy with Stripe. But can we say that its already supported in chargebee ? This reply was modified 5 years, 2 months ago by cagsan . Hi @cagsan Sounds good. Will let you know as soon as the Woo Subscription plugin is compatible. In the meantime, we do have an integration with Chargebee available: https://www.chargebee.com/partners/checkout-com/ Tyler This reply was modified 5 years, 2 months ago by tyleratcheckout . Hi @tyleratcheckout , I have signed up to checkout.com but unfortunately, its declined because my business has not an enough volume, they said. I was thinking that €11k per month isnt considered as low volume. Hi @cagsan Sorry, did not notice your volume in your last message. Unfortunately, today, we are not able to work with merchants doing below $50K/month in volume. So we won’t be able to support you for the time being. Apologies again Tyler Can you still update the rest of us when you release this updated plugin? As doing recurring payments through Chargebee is just painful… Yes, will send an update when we are compatible with Woo Subscription Hi all, Checkout.com has completed the WooCommerce: Recurring Payments project 🚀 This will allow you to enable shopper interactions for scheduled payments like subscription payments. The Checkout.com WooCommerce plugin registers with payment events triggered by WooCommerce Subscriptions to support the following actions: – Cancellation of a subscription – Suspension of a subscription – Reactivation of a subscription – Change of amount for a subscription – Change of date for a subscription – Multiple subscriptions Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to connect you with a member of our Sales or Support team. Tyler
