supportHello, and thank you for your intuitive plugin! Everything was working wonderfully until the most recent update. I had and still have everything set to OpenSans, but my whole site switched to Times New Roman (or something that looks quite like it). Please advise. Hi @doesitvegan , I’m looking into this for you now, are you using the free or Pro version of Fonts Plugin?
Hello, Danny! No, I am not. Best, Christi
It looks like you are using Jetpack Boost (and maybe other plugins) to compress your stylesheets. Please could you temporarily disable those so we can see the unminized code? Also, please clear the font cache – https://docs.fontsplugin.com/debugging/clear-fonts-cache
I’m not sure what magic you worked on your end, but the font was back to OpenSans before I tried any of your suggestions. Thank you! That said, I still cleared the font cache. Have a beautiful day!
I’m glad it’s working! The cache clears automatically every 24 hours, so it’s likely the plugin resolved the issue itself 🙂
