Received weird email about plugin causing issues

Hi, We recently received a weird email about the Starbox plugin causing technical issues to our site. But we checked Sitehealth and the actual plugin and didn’t see anything weird. Is this a valid email? The email has most of the site details correct. If this is valid, what is the recommended course of action to take? Reason: Additional details Hi, This is probably because the image is not a valid image format and resizing the image triggered an error. Try with a PNG or JPG image and it should work.
