Hi I cannot seem to be able to read the detailed json feed and I am unsure what the problem can be. It turns up empty. Am using the test ID 296B81DF9974188B ( http://publish.ne.cision.com/papi/Release/296B81DF9974188B?format=json ) Have tried the non detailed 734556E76B7944D3841C88011A35449E but the read more does not work. Only routs back to the original page. Many thanks Filippa The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello Filippa I will look into this as soon as possible and try to figure out why this is not working as expected. Thnks. Hello again. The reason that this is not working is because the identifier you are using right now (296B81DF9974188B) is for an XML and not JSON feed. If you just change format to ?format=xml it will work, but the plugin only supports JSON feeds at this point, so you will need to ask Cision to supply you with a valid JSON feed identifier. Hope this makes sense. Regards, Krister Since the reason in this issue is because the feed identifier is not for a json feed I’m marking this as resolved =) Hi I changed the id to 734556E76B7944D3841C88011A35449E but it seems to still be a problem with the read more. Of what I understand, then in order for the read more work, we need encrypted ID for each realease in order to get the detailed report and for that to route to the cision page, but not sure how to insert this into the plugin. See what they write: “denna nyckel är för alla releaser i feeden ID: 734556E76B7944D3841C88011A35449E dvs http://publish.ne.cision.com/papi/NewsFeed/734556E76B7944D3841C88011A35449E?format=json I den feeden så ligger det EncryptedID nycklar för varje enskild release/rapport , dessa nycklar används för Detailed JSON “Id”: 3125320, “EncryptedId”: “12F19B0DBDE3662E”, dvs https://publish.ne.cision.com/papi/Release/12F19B0DBDE3662E?format=json “ Thanks again! Filippa Hi It was due to the fact I was using a test feed. Tried another and all works fine. Best, Filippa
