This isn’t working. I select a crop and the outcome isn’t what I chose – either the ratio or the position. A critical failure for a photography-based website. Can you please give us some more info about what doesn’t work as expected? A screenshot showing picture dimensions, selected area etc. would be very helpful. I’m having the same problem. I don’t see how to post a screenshot here, so I’ll describe it: One of my custom sizes is “tile”, 190 x 66px. The cropping window is a different ratio, way more square, and when I cropped, it produced a squashed version at 190 x 66. Something like 190 x 150 squashed down to 190 x 66. I’m using a child theme of Twenty-Twelve with latest version of WP 4.2.2 and latest version of plugin. I had this same problem last time I tried this plugin on a different site. Is it a conflict with Twenty-Twelve? Wish it would work because it’s just what I need…
