Hi, I have a problem with one of my wordpress websites: – Quttera plugin is not working, whenever i click Scan Now, nothing happens, i have tried removing the plugin and re-installing but all in vain. Please help. Regards, Matthew The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi Matthew, Can you please share logs printed when you start scan? Thank you. @quttera scan never starts so there will be no logs, it just remains a blank white screen 🙁 Thank you for the provided information. When you click scan button AJAX sends a scan request to the plugins PHP code running on the backend. Please check using browser “Developer tools” that this request sent properly. On the backend side you should see plugin’s log file wp-content/plugins/quttera-web-malware-scanner/runtime.log If this file exists and not empty, please post here the last 10 lines that you see. If this file missing or empty it means something blocking AJAX requests sent to the plugin from WP dashboard. BR Quttera Team @quttera file does not exist @dnmmalta Can you please check what blocks AJAX scan request sent from the WordPress dashboard to the plugin backend code? BR Quttera Team
