Hello YITH team; I have a small problem with the QuickView plugin (free version); When I select the ‘Show full description’ box in the plugin options, what is displayed in the modal window are the Divi theme codes and not the main product description. My product page is made with the Divi theme and the full product description is well filled in. Can you help me with this problem? Thanks in advance; Hi there. I hope you’re well. The plugin should parse the shortcodes in the full description when it’s displayed in the quick view. So in this case, I suggest you contact the Divi developers to see if code from the theme need a specific function to be parsed. We’ll remain at your disposal. Thank you for your reply; Well, I contacted Divi Theme Support and this is what they told me: ‘We know there are compatibility issues with YITH Quick View’ without providing a solution… In short: It’s not me, it’s him! >< I won’t be using either of them again, I’ve never seen such carelessness. Have a nice day. Hello there! My colleague tried to help by asking about a code from the theme that may need a specific function to be parsed. I am sorry to see you are not using our plugin. But I let you know that we are here if you ever need our help again. Have a nice day!
