Ever since the new update all my QC orders have come in with the wrong tax rates Hi @darylb , That definitely doesn’t sound right, so let’s dig into this together. To understand why some Quebec City orders are suddenly getting 0% tax, I’ll need a bit more detail. Could you share a few screenshots of affected orders, both the ones where tax was applied and the ones where it wasn’t? Please include the o rder details, products, and the customer’s full address (you can blur sensitive info if needed). You can upload them via https://snipboard.io and paste the links here. It would also help to see your tax configuration. When you have a moment, could you share screenshots of: WooCommerce → Settings → Tax WooCommerce → Settings → Tax → Standard rates WooCommerce → Settings → General (showing your Store Address) A couple of questions that will help narrow this down: Do you currently have Automated Taxes enabled? (If so, they override manual rates for any region where your store has a tax nexus.) If automated taxes are disabled, have you manually added tax rates for Quebec City or the customer’s province? Is your business registered in multiple provinces, or only one? (This affects whether additional tax rates are needed.) Once we have those details, we’ll be able to pinpoint why some orders are going untaxed and get things back on track. Looking forward to your response. Since there’s been no recent activity on this thread, I’m marking it as resolved. Don’t hesitate to start a new thread if you need help in the future.
