Links of some of the UPI QR code I am providing below. Are you able to make payment using these generators? https://www.labnol.org/upi https://dayschedule.com/tools/upi-qr-generator No I have not used those generators. i installed and activated the plugin and it throws this error Okay, please try using these UPI QR generators link for which I shared in previous reply and let me know if those are working fine or not. Hi’ Those link for qr code generator works perfectly. but plugin QR code is working as such Thanks for confirming, that the QR from these alternate websites are working fine for you. Now we can proceed with next step of the debugging. Kindly generate 2 QR codes, one from this plugin and another one from one of these apps. Kindly use any QR code scanning mobile app like Binary Eye and generate the text from the QR codes. Kindly share text of both the QR codes. We need to compare what’s the difference in both these QR codes which is stopping our plugin to work for you. while sharing the QR code texts, kindly try to make the payment again just to confirm that the text which you are sharing with us is actually not working for you. Also, while sharing the texts mention that which text is working and which is not working. Hi I have attached screenshots of text from qr code that I scanned using binary eye app Plugin’s : https://prnt.sc/imSdDa_Xf68b Labnol.org : https://prnt.sc/Zt_Hvg6Pa-ub Thanks @pavitthra , for sharing these screenshots. I can see huge difference in the parameters of these 2 screenshot. I need some more help from your end in order to find the parameter which is causing the issue. Now you need to copy text string of Labnol.org from Binary Eye and paste it in the QR code generator. You can use any QR code generator like https://goqr.me/ In order to find the parameter, which is causing the issue, you need to change/edit/remove/add one parameter at a time and slowly make it same as string from UPI plugin, and try to make the payments. Once the payment starts failing, you will find the parameter which is causing the issue. Kindly share that parameter and value with us. For our UPI ID, payments are not getting failed, that’s why we need your help to try and find the issue. Hi @gautammkgarg , Thanks for your reply. I read your instructions carefully, but I’m a bit confused about the process you described. You mentioned copying the text string from Labnol.org and then changing or removing one parameter at a time to match the plugin’s UPI string — but since the plugin-generated code itself is what’s not working, I’m not sure how I can safely modify or test it without knowing which parts are actually supposed to be edited. This seems quite technical and unclear from my side, and I feel it would be more accurate if your technical team could handle this testing internally using the same WooCommerce setup or parameters. The UPI transactions work perfectly when tested directly outside the plugin, so the issue seems to be specifically related to how the plugin generates or processes the QR code string. It would be really helpful if your team could replicate the issue on your end or share a fixed update/script that I can test, instead of me trying to manually change parameters without understanding what’s safe to modify. Thanks for understanding, Pavithra R Please contact us so that we can debug this issue further. Contact details are provided at link below https://www.knitpay.org/contact-us/ I could not send a message there. It keep showing error sfter clicking send Thanks for letting us know that contact us form is not working. We will check this out. In the meanwhile, you can drop us the WhatsApp message, number is provided on the same link. During the debug process, we found that, you were passing Merchant Category Code (MCC) as 5137, which was causing the issue. Changing it to default category code ie 0000 fixed the issue for you.
