supportHi team, I have caching with WP-Rocket and a set up with Cloudflare enable Normally after some time, the page caches, and the ‘Add to Cart’ button no longer adds the product to the side cart. Side cart just opens empty or doesn’t open at all until I clear cache and purge cloudflare. Can you kindly advice how to deal with this type of issue please? The Setup: Plugins: WooCommerce and WP-Rocket. CDN: Cloudflare (with standard caching enabled). Server: Hostinger. Any help would be appreciated
Did you get this fixed? I’m having the same trouble with the side cart just spinning. If I use the back button, the product then shows in the cart. I love this plugin but had to go to something else and would love to have it back eventually.
Hello @suzieb The OP issue was resolved in our private ticket on our website. It appears another plugin was the cause. Please share your website link so I can check and debug.
@pulkitxootix What was that plugin, maybe I’m using the same? I’d prefer not to put my website address here and I no longer have your plugin installed. This reply was modified 2 months, 1 week ago by SuzieB .
@suzieb The OP was using an “Ajax add to cart” plugin, but this hasn’t been confirmed as they haven’t replied further. It might be something different on your end. If you’d like to debug further, you may share your website link here and I will take a look.
Hi both, I can confirm for the time being disabling “AJAX add to cart” has so far fixed the issue we were having but we are monitoring the website to see if we get taht problem again.
