The plugin supports Russian, Belorussian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Serbian and Kazakh characters. Unfortunately, support for other languages (Greek, Armenian, Georgian, Hebrew, and Chinese) does not work at all. Thank you for your kind review, we are happy to help! However, I cannot admit problems with some mentioned languages. I have just re-tested Greek, Armenian, Georgian, Hebrew, and Chinese Simplified – all of them work as expected. Please make sure you set the site language using the proper language codes as specified on cyr2lat tables page: el, hy, ka_GE, he_IL, zh_CN. When the site language is set properly on the /wp-admin/options-general.php page, on the cyr2lat tables page you have to see that language is current. The button text must be like this: “Georgian/ka_GE/( Current )”. Then, create a new post having title in the current language characters, save it and see that its permalink has only latin characters. if these recommendations still not help, please send to us the content of the System Info cyr2lar page. It is better to open the ticket here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/cyr2lat/#new-topic-0 . I followed your advice. Everything worked. Thanks for the help.
