supportWe are experiencing an issue where the website layout randomly disappears without any clear pattern. At times, the design loads correctly, but on other occasions, the layout breaks or appears unstyled. After clear the cache the layout is back. WE are using Elemento r. Anibody is experiencing the same issue? Could be a misconfiguration for WP Optimize. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi, Thanks for contacting us! Based on the description of the issue I think what’s happening is Elementor is regenerating its static CSS files and when this happens the cached version of the page / post saved by WP-Optimize is pointing to CSS files that no longer exist. To confirm this, when the issue happens can you check the browser console and see if there are any 404 Not Found errors? If this is what’s happening I can see if there is a place in elementor that we can hook into and clear the WP-Optimize cache when elementor is regenerating the static CSS files. Thanks!
