I have Clicky Basic. A few days ago I started having a problem when clicking on an item to take me to another Clicky page. The existing page would fade out and ‘stall’. When the page fades and stalls I have to click the refresh button and it will then go to the page. Today, the problem continues but now random words of text on each Clicky page is written in Russian. Regards This is not happening on the clicky.com website this is happening in my Clicky stats page for my website where I check visitors etc. If you could post a screenshot would be great, so I can figure out the exact stats you’re having issues with. ok. but I can’t see how to attach a photo here to this reply. You can upload the screenshot to cloudup.com and post the link here. Otherwise try to describe the issue step by step, starting with the page you’re accessing (a website page or admin area). I signed up to CloudUp but they have still not yet verified my registration. In the meantime the problem has been resolved. Earlier, when you thought that this was a problem with the Clicky website not my stats page, I emailed the “Help” on my Clicky stats page with a screenshot of the problem plus my site id etc. They have emailed back explaining the problem and solution. 1. The “stall” issue was caused by ad-blockers. Odd, because my Clicky stats pages have always been fine with my ad blocker. But I have now whitelisted Clicky and the pages are working again. 2. Regarding the Russian text There was a general “exploit on our user preferences page (/user/edit) that allowed someone to change the following preferences for all accounts: Language; ‘Real’ Name (not username); On-site analytics widget toggle; Visitor privacy settings.” They have patched the vulnerability and my old settings have been restored. So all good now. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

This is not happening on the clicky.com website this is happening in my Clicky stats page for my website where I check visitors etc.
