Hi! I’m having a problem with getting people who order via my Woocommerce shop to have their subscription updated. Nothing happens when I make an order and check the Subscribe to newsletter checkbox. I succesfully connected and activated the sender.net plugin in WordPress and connected the store. Enable tracking is selected and “Save “New registrations” to:” newsletter is selected. Subscribe to newsletter label is selected. I’ve succesfully implemented a subscription form on the website that works as expected, but the Woocommerce subscription option does nothing. I see this Javascript error in the browser when I go to checkout page that does not appear when sender.net plugin is de-activated so I’m assuming it has something to do with this?
