Dear Design Extreme Team, Thank you for allowing us to download the plugin for free. We followed the documentation to install the “Reviews and Rating – Google Reviews” plugin and were able to successfully upload 12 reviews, but we still have around 70 reviews that the plugin doesn’t extract, and our configuration allows to import all reviews. Do you have any documentation for these cases? Could our API have limitations? Regards and thank you, Cristina. You will be able to collect more new and/or relevant reviews over time to maintain your catalogue of reviews. If you’re using the HTML Import in the Advanced section, you can add older/less relevant reviews to your catalogue. @csanguedolce The Google Places API provides reviews for up to 5 people at a time. You will be able to collect more new and/or relevant reviews over time to maintain your catalogue of reviews. If you’re using the HTML Import in the Advanced section, you can add older/less relevant reviews to your catalogue. And if there’s an issue here with recognising these and importing them, do get in touch using the Direct Support link at Design Extreme .
