Dear support team, we found two topics with the mobile version of the Quantity Calculator. 1.) in the mobile view, there is no dropdown/arrow field for the increment value, where you can increase easily the quanitity – e.g. 1,5 to 3 to 4,5 – you need to enter the value manually. 2.) also in the mobile view, if the user wants to add the right package size, he is only allowed to enter a value with a decimal point and not a decimal comma – then there is the error as in the screen with the % qty% symbol. See screen – https://ibb.co/VYrSctL WooCommerce – Version 8.9.2 Flexible Quanity – Version 1.0.27 Thank you for your help. Best regards This topic was modified 1 year, 11 months ago by austrian . This topic was modified 1 year, 11 months ago by austrian . Hi, Thank you for reporting these errors. I see that you are using an older version of the plugin, can you please upgrade to version 1.0.28, which we released a few days ago? Does the problem still occur after the update? Please let me know. Dear Dominik, I tested also with the new plugin version – same problem. Also in your demo infrastructure , same problem. Could you please analyse this? Thank you Hi, As far as the disappearing arrows are concerned, it depends on the browser – some hide them, some don’t, but it is a standard HTML element, and we don’t style it ourselves, we just rely on the browser. On the other hand, the issue of comma instead of dot is again due to the fact that it is an input field type=”number” and HTML does not allow commas here, the only legitimate character separating the fractional part is the dot. Nevertheless, I have notified the team of the need to improve these specific issues in the mobile view. I will keep you informed as soon as there is news or an update itself that improves these issues. Thank you for your notification and understanding.
