Problem file download

Hi there, I have a problem with download when it’s paid product. If I upload a product called “myfile.zip” it will work perfectly if it’s free. But If I had a price, after the payement I download a file called “myfile-zip”. But it’s not a zipp file so It’s impossible for my clients to unzip-it. And if I had .zip at the end of the file name, the file is corrupted. What’s causing this problem ? It’s looks like a rewite error, there is a way to solve it ?
