Hi, we’d like to choose your plugin for a site in Germany. I have asked your apollo bot about privacy, and he said “We take your privacy and data security very seriously. All communication between you and your visitors is over SHA 256 Secure Socket Layer and all data is housed on encrypted servers. Learn more here: https://www.tawk.to/privacy-policy “ I believe that storing information abroad does not comply with the German Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). But I might be wrong. What is your opinion on that? Where are you and the servers based? Malaysia? Would it be possible to use tawk.to in a better way and send the form contents directly to us, not bypassing your servers? Thanks 🙂
