Florian Thanks for your interest in our plugin, we’ll consider your suggestions and the possibilities to add these to the official features of our plugin. Best regards. This would be really nice. I vote for this fetaure too! Would be prepared to pay for it in a premium version as I can’t find a solution out there for sending the same message to customers. Right now I have to copy and paste set messages and then edit to correct the details, clunky and not ideal. I would also be interested in this feature. I have also been copying and pasting set messages manually. There used to be a plugin that did this, but it has not been updated, had many php errors and is now taken down and under review.
