However, if you plan to have other products in your WooCommerce store that are not related to Yoycol, or if you even just want to have additional product features or attributes required for other external services, say Google shopping listings, you are out of luck. Yoycol overrides all my product settings without warning, even if they aren’t synced, which took me over six hours to fix. So far, Yoycol’s response is that I should be managing all my product settings within the Yoycol website… not acceptable.

Just FYI, I haven’t heard anything back myself so I am also interested if they have figured out the issues.

Firstly, we are very sorry that you have experienced these problems. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback – we appreciate it very much as it helps us to build a better service for you and all our customers. If the user does not want to synchronize the other products from the store, you can uncheck the “Sync all store products” button in the store settings. At this time, the products that have not been synchronized by yoycol in stores will not be synchronized to the yoycol platform. Once again, thank you for your feedback and for helping us to improve. Hi @yoycolofficial Thank you for your reply. I am not sure @sstracy is talking about the same issue. What @sstracy mentioned was that the plugin overrides all the existing product settings even if they aren’t synced. However, what you are referring to is the sync option. Please, could you verify that the issue is fixed? Have you tried again @sstracy ? Thanks
