supportHi there! My name is Svetlana and I would like to ask you if it is possible to redesign the Post thumbnail in the search results, because now they look pretty bad and this is the only point I would change the plugin to another. The website is below and the plugin is active now. Please, find the following link with the screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Cn6ARNhnWkd8jqdQI2RLr7HpUSW4-gaw/view?usp=sharing Kind regards, Svetlana [email redacted by moderator] This topic was modified 1 year, 1 month ago by Steven Stern (sterndata) . Hello @rayvis23 Thank you for using our plugin. I noticed on your website that there are two plugins handling the searches: our plugin and another AJAX search plugin, which is causing the search results popups to overlap. Could you please deactivate the third-party plugin so I can test the results generated solely by our plugin? Best regards.
Hi there and thank you for your reply. When I wrote my previous message, the second third-party plugin had been deactivated. However, I deleted it a moment ago and the ugly overlapping still exists. Please, find the other screenshot I’ve made, using another browser. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-WXGdhTSHbNTj95z-BpAzguiHP6YKfe8/view?usp=drive_link What could be done as a next step to redesign?
Hello @rayvis23 The issue with the thumbnail appearance is related to the styles inherited from the theme active on your website (specifically from Bootstrap). To ensure these styles do not affect the thumbnails’ appearance, please enter the style definition below through the “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS” menu option: .search-in-place .item .data{margin-left:70px !important;} .search-in-place .item .thumbnail{width:60px !important;height:60px !important; position: absolute !important;} Best regards.
