supportHi, I’ve been playing around the plugin and it’s somewhat very user-friendly and easy to use. I do notice an issue, where the “Description” field is somewhat misplaced on the timeline except for the first post. As you can see from the URL I provided, the first item in the timeline has the description placed correctly, but the second and third item’s descriptions were placed at the bottom of the panel and had the wrong font color. Anyway to go around this? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link]
Hi it looks like HTML is broken, please use this. [post-timeline ptl-post-length=”1500″] or set the length in the settings. Thank you
Hello, thanks for your reply. I have tried setting post length in the shortcode, and from the settings. But they are still the same. To be sure I’ve reverted to the default Twenty Nineteen theme and the issue is still the same. In addition, I’ve also tried updating wordpress to 5.4 (latest), but to no avail.
