Hi. We’ve got a form embedded in a popup window here: https://www.drivesmartva.org/popup-test/ There’s also a different form with the same fields in the sidebar of the site. When submitting the modal form, it accidentally submits the sidebar form. Any suggestions on how we can fix this? Thanks! Hi @muypescado This is an odd one – and quite hard to investigate directly as your site structure is quite unusual, possibly due to caching. What I can confirm is that your two forms have different IDs – having the same form published twice on a page does cause issues – but this doesn’t seem to be the case on your site. I have also tested a page on my dev site with multiple forms, and I cannot reproduce this issue myself. I suspect there is something unique to your site causing this. It may be as simple as your pop-up plugin not having the functionality needed to properly support our forms. To help diagnose the issue and isolate its root cause, we recommend following the steps in this guide: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/what-plugins-are-known-to-cause-conflicts/#kb-how-to-find-a-conflict We understand that testing like this on a live site can be challenging, so we suggest creating a copy of your site (a staging site) and performing the testing on that. You can create a staging site by copying your site using free plugins like All in One WP Migration or Duplicator, or by asking your host to create a staging site for you. If you have any questions about this or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to help. Best regards, Thanks for the suggestions. It seems that the form had a Captcha field on it that was causing issues. Once removed, the issue was resolved. Hi @muypescado If removing the Captcha fixed the issue, this indicates that your pop-up plugin doesn’t have the functionality required to support this feature. Captcha is kinda important on many sites though, so I would recommend looking for an alternative pop-up solution. Our devs recently released a free plugin that may suit your needs: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simply-popups/ Have a great day!
