Pop-up Subscriber without Plugin

HI I’ve Elemtor Theme running & I want a Mail Chimp Pop-up subscriber to come up within 5s of someone being on my website. And it doesn’t work. I setup the text & image for pop-up & I get this msg. “Hmm, we’re able to reach your site but we can’t find the mc.js script. Double check that the script tags are present on http://getdigireach.com and try again.” How do I go about fixing this?
