I installed and activated the Youtube Videos plugin a couple days ago on a WordPress site that I use for development on Bluehost. Everything works great, I even tweaked the height/width to make it fit better on the site. So since everything is fine and dandy I install the plugin on my active site which is hosted on DreamHost. But on the DreamHost site after I add the Username I get the message ‘YouTube Feed not found! Please try again later.’ I know the username is correct, everything is the same as on my Bluehost development site. Both sites use the same theme (the dev site is a clone of the live site). I even tried the plugin on another DreamHost WordPress site I have and that too can’t find the feed. Anyone know of an issue using this plugin with DreamHost? Even after I updated the plugin today (so it’s unmodified and a fresh pull off the WP.org) it couldn’t get the feed. Strange days indeed. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/youtube-videos-widget/ I still can’t figure this out. Again, this works fine on my development site but not on my actual site. Here are a couple of screen captures. Exact same Youtube Videos settings. http://hawaii247.com/ytv/ytv-error.jpg I can get the plugin Youtube Feeder to work but don’t like its layout as it’s more complex. Something is preventing Youtube Videos from pulling in the feed. It’s not a DreamHost problem something is conflicting somewhere. 🙁
