Hi, I’m using “Widget Classes” Plugin, works perfect for me even switching various Themes, unfortunately I’ve seen some comments saying this is broken. So has anyone had trouble with this plugin? please comment so we could all have some better idea and try to fix the posible issue. Thanks to the plugin creator this is just the feature that’s missing in WP. Regards! http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-classes/ I get an error with this plug-in running 3.0.1. I’m working from a child theme based on Starkers which is 3.0.1 compatible. This is the error I receive: Fatal error: Call to undefined method widget_context::get_settings() in /_dev/wp-content/plugins/widget-classes/widget-classes.php on line 64 Would love to get a solution. I get a conflict with the Recently Popular Plugin, with the following error mess: Fatal error: Call to undefined method RecentlyPopularWidget::get_settings() in G:\xampp\htdocs\ledarskapfornyelse.se\wp-content\plugins\widget-classes\widget-classes.php on line 64 I get no errors, but the plugin doesn’t output any classes either. I tried using the “Widget Classes” Plugin today – WordPress 3.0.4. Unfortunately, it causes my Appearance/Widgets screen to freeze. This problem has already been spotted – a couple of months ago. Also, when viewing a page, a number of widgets fail to display. Hello all, guys.. you still get this errors? I’ve been testing “Widget Calsses” with many wordpress installations and still no errors. Regards Yes have been trying to get the classes to show up. Nothing. No matter what I do I cannot get the class I assign to a widget to show up anywhere. The sad thing is there are not many of there types of plugins out there that I can find. I tried different one and that made my widgets freeze in the widget admin page.
