We have followed the steps carefully outlined in your documentation and we are still getting the ‘plugin unverified’ error on setup. Please can you offer some advice/support on how to resolve this? We have purchased the plugin thinking it was going to work. Although looking at the other topics on this page it looks like the plugin might not be fit for purpose. Please send us a support email at info@wpintegrate.com , we would be happy to assist. I will send a support email, but wouldn’t it be better to respond here so others can troubleshoot in the future? This looks like a common problem. The issue is usually a mistake in using the wrong “tenant name”, only the prefix is needed so “my-tenant-name.onmicrosoft.com” should be entered as “my-tenant-name” only. Another solution could be that the “Application Key/Client Secret” from the Azure Ad app registration was entered incorrectly. Usually the “Application Key/Client Secret” “Id” is incorrectly used instead of the “Key” which would lead to an error. Thanks! Is was the keys and ids, we inputted them again as you suggested. Thank you for the quick turn around, you’re a star!
