Regarding the plugin’s performance, we would like to clarify that it is currently functioning optimally for us and for other users. We have recently released a new update that has been designed to load faster and work more efficiently. However, we appreciate that you have experienced issues and would like to offer our support to help resolve any problems you may be facing. Thank you for your reply but you weren’t able to fix our problem. So we asked for a refund, but you said it wasn’t possible.
