support@hardeepasrani I recently purchased and added the paid version of Hyve to my website. When I navigate to the “Website URL →Crawl URLs to add content to the Knowledge Base” section, and paste my website URL, I get a “failed to access URL” message every time, for any page. I transferred several things over after clicking on “WordPress →Import your WordPress content into the Knowledge Base”, but not all pages or posts showed up to even let me try to add them. Then I saw the sitemap option, so I tried that…. Although it was “successfully” added, it remains “ queued”…still. Should I also currently have Hyve Lite downloaded in my plug-ins? (I don’t). How can I fix these things? Thanks
@bpwill82 I just noticed you have mentioned using the Hyve Paid version and this forum is mainly for the issues with the free version of plugin; in that case, you can contact us from this page – https://store.themeisle.com/contact to receive priority support. We are sorry for the inconvenience faced, Best regards
