Please see thread at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wordpress-https-ssl-cant-use-with-permalink-editor – apparently it would be possible for this plugin to work with that one if things were done differently. I’m not sure exactly what the author of that plugin means, but it would be really nice to have the two work together nicely. Both are pretty much essential for my web site, and I would imagine there would be others who would also appreciate being able to use both. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/permalink-editor/
