Plugin only worked once

Hello. Thank you for your Search and Replace Everything plugin. It worked perfectly, but only once. After the first successful use, the Preview Search & Replace button is no longer clickable for me to run the search and replace the text. Is there a fix for this? Hi @alanaj7 , Are you seeing any errors on the screen when you try to click the preview button? There’s no limit to the number of operations you can run through the plugin and after a successful operation you should be able to load the page again and run any other search & replace. The only situations where the operations don’t start are if the search term is not filled in or there are no tables selected but in both cases you should see a notice indicating what the issue is. Did you activate any new plugins after the 1st operation that could be causing a conflict with our JavaScript and thus preventing the preview from working? Thanks Hi @gripgrip , Thank you for following up with me. I am not seeing any error messages when attempting to click the Preview Search and Replace button. I have refreshed the page, deactivated and reactivated, deleted and installed the plugin multiple times to get it to work again. I have filled in the fields for the search term and the replace with text. The first time it worked, I had only selected posts (vw9k_posts). I have since tried selecting only the posts table, all tables and just two or three tables. None of the above has worked, so I am not sure what to do. The button is no longer clickable for me. I don’t recall adding any new plugins. It was in the same session, that I was not able to click the button. I tested it with one phone number that appears multiple times on my site. It worked perfectly. When I tried to change a second phone number, it no longer allowed me to click the button. Thank you for any help. Hi @alanaj7 , That should not happen. Can you please reach out using the form on https://wpcode.com/contact/ ? (choose “Complete a form” and Search & Replace Everything for the plugin). If the button does nothing, it’s most likely a JavaScript conflict of some sort. Either from another plugin or your browser. Can you please check the Browser Console for errors that show up either before or when you click the Preview Search & Replace button? You can find info on how to do that in this article . Firefox is my primary browser. After your response, I tried to use the plugin in Chrome and the button is clickable. I’m not sure why it worked initially in Firefox but doesn’t anymore. I do recall something popped up in my WP dashboard that I closed, but don’t now remember what the pop up was for.
