Recently this has stopped working for our website. For some reason it wont transfer to paypal, it will just say waiting for paypal once you click make payment. also peculiar is it displays that message at the bottom from the beginning before inputting anything. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles. If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health. On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site . This allows you to test for various compatibility issues. There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/ Looking at your site, it seems that bits of the plugin are missing, notably script files. Alan, Sorry I havent had a chance to dig in yet, hoping to start here shortly, I will let you know what I find, thanks for the quick follow up. it is for sure a conflict for when the form get input into the theme. when i switched themes in troubleshooting mode it worked. however i am not sure how to further troubleshoot the theme, or maybe i do a separate theme for that page? what theme? Maybe I can replicate on a test system and investigate. I think it is a custom theme built by the person who made our website for us 7 or 8 years ago. It is a child them of the 2017 wordpress theme

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes.
