Plugin not printing labels

The plugin has worked flawlessly since 2022 but recently my client has had problems printing labels from the order page. All the keys seem right and the data ends up with DPD, but label generation seems broken. There was the same problem last week but it started functioning by itself after a while. There has been no significant updates to the site itself.
