supportHi Peter, I can’t wait to get your plugin working. It looks amazing. When I create a tag cloud w/ the plugin, the header appears in the content area, but no tag cloud of any kind. Because there are so many options in the config, I’m wondering if I’m missing something critical. I’ve tried displaying recent posts, tags, etc… but nothing shows up. Any thoughts? An update: I’ve played with some settings and now *sometimes* see a faint tag cloud, but it disappears or shrinks out of sight. But at least I’m starting to see it, although vaguely. Still tinkering. You might consider adding a “Restore Default Settings” option because things can get out of control quickly w/ so many settings. I’m also going to read your Help docs more closely. Thanks.
I think I’ve solved this. I should’ve read your docs more closely (good docs, btw!) Case closed, I think.
Hi Greg, I agree that so many options confuse users. That’s why next version comes with preset values. So you do not have to type but select. It is with User Guide where the necessary for an average user options are highlighted and explained. As to default values every new instance creates a cloud with default set. You can save an instance without changing anything – just open and save. If you get lost in settings simply delete that instance and add a new one. Next few days I will release the new version. Actually there will be two plugin variations: improved present (single cloud) and entirely new multiple one: all types of content in one canvas, controlled from a static or dynamic menu.
I want you to know that I got it working fine. In fact, it is a beautiful thing you have created. I will watch for your updates. Thank you! Greg
