Why do I keep getting the message: “Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (Canada). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us.” This is the only shipping method I have activated. If I activate any other methods such as free shipping, or flat rate, those methods take over. Any idea how to fix this? It’s pretty frustrating. I am having the same issue.
