Hi I realise this was an issue in the past. I have also tried the previous workarounds, i.e. disabling WooThemes Helper, deactivating and reactivating the page template etc. No luck still – the blocks won’t re-order via drag and drop and they cannot be deactivated via check-boxes. Thanks https://wordpress.org/plugins/homepage-control/ I’ve the same problem. The lights are on but nobody is at home. It looks like it’s working, but it isn’t. On digging deeper I installed Show Current Template plugin and I spy that although I’ve specified the static front page use the homepage template it doesn’t. It’s using archive-product.php I don’t know why nor, as yet, how to correct this. HTH, Steve When I inspect the page; I get the following errors JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 load-scripts.php:613 Uncaught ReferenceError: pagenow is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (load-scripts.php:613) at i (load-scripts.php:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php:2) at Function.ready (load-scripts.php:2) at HTMLDocument.K (load-scripts.php:2) jquery-migrate.min.js:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 http://man.sapplive.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/arrow_10px.png Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) Working for me now. Somehow the homepage template jus would get used. Finally, somehow the homepage template has taken. All is well I’m guessing since no one ever responded to this that woo doesn’t monitor this board, but I’m having the same problem on a fresh install of Storefront. Is Settings > Reading > Front page displays > Front page set to a page you’re using for your home page? On that page’s editing version, are you able to set the Page attributes > Template to ‘Homepage?’ I’ve found a conflict with the igniteWoo Updater plugin. It has to do with the error I listed above. My workaround is to disable the plugin, make changes and then enable it again. *I’ve contacted IgnitWoo for a resolution* Thanks This reply was modified 9 years, 2 months ago by Darryl.R . Same thing here . I cant make it work!!!! Help
