supportIs there any actual plugin documentation? Nothing I’ve found explains how to use the plugin. Your A-Z guide is anything but an A-Z guide. It’s a very basic installation guide. I do not speak French, so your Youtube tutorials are of no use to me. I have options labeled “Training AI” and “Activate”. “Training AI” creates something called an “Embed”, then I “Activate” and the row background color indicates the “Embed” I’ve just created isn’t up to date with the post. If I refresh the page, all “Embeds” disappear. There are no clear directions on how to use this plugin. What is your refund process?

The available settings are clearly explained on the plugin’s configuration page, and a FAQ section is provided to address common questions. I’m sorry to hear that you find the plugin too complex to use—this is the first time I’ve received such feedback regarding its usability.
