Please correct your documentation. The proper text for your shortcode is [days_until date="09/01/2012"] not [days_until="SPECIFIC DATE"] as you show on your site and in in the plugin repository. Once I figured this out, your plugin works great. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/days-until/
