This morning my website was down. WordPress sent me the following email. I have renamed the plugin folder to display Ultimate FAQ. My website is back up, but the plugin is now disabled. I need this plugin up and running. Please let me know when a fix is available. There was an issue with the related add-on plugin (EWD Premium Helper) and not with Ultimate FAQ itself, caused if you updated that plugin before updating to the new Ultimate FAQ version (you need to update Ultimate FAQ first). Hi totanhannakaha, Are you by any chance running the premium version of the plugin? There was an issue with the related add-on plugin (EWD Premium Helper) and not with Ultimate FAQ itself, caused if you updated that plugin before updating to the new Ultimate FAQ version (you need to update Ultimate FAQ first).
