Hi, I am setting up an online clothing store using the Botiga Theme (Pro version) and the Challan Pro plugin for GST-compliant invoices. Since WooCommerce doesn’t allow customers to save multiple shipping addresses, I installed the “Multiple Shipping Addresses for WooCommerce (Address Book)” plugin. After activating it, I noticed a new field called “Additional Shipping Details” in the My Account → Address section. My concern is whether this plugin uses WooCommerce’s default address handles and endpoints. Challan Pro relies on WooCommerce’s standard billing and shipping fields to automatically fetch and display address details on invoices. If this address book plugin uses custom fields or non-standard handles, it might result in missing or hidden shipping details in the invoice—which is a compliance issue in India, where both billing and shipping addresses must be shown separately. Could you please confirm whether this plugin uses WooCommerce’s default address structure, or if this concern is valid? The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hi, Kindly note that when using our plugin, only the default WooCommerce address fields are used. The additional shipping addresses will appear on the My Account page under the label “Additional Shipping Addresses.” We believe that the “Additional Shipping Details” field you are referring to corresponds to this section. Since the default WooCommerce address fields remain unchanged, we believe the Challan Pro plugin should be able to correctly fetch and display both billing and shipping addresses on invoices once the order is placed. We hope this clarifies things. Thank you! Hi, It does clarifies things. Thanks for that. Do you mind if I ask another question related to customization? Or should I create a new topic? You shall create a new topic with new question.
