We’re having serious performance issues in WP Admin on one of our sites which has v2.0.10 of your plugin installed. We installed the Query Monitor plugin which lets you do some basic profiling of what’s going on during requests. The one thing that stuck out was the Uptime Robot was generating over 1,000 database queries, but query monitor indicated those queries took less than one second to process, which couldn’t explain the sometimes 30 second pageloads that were occurring. We did a bit of testing, however, and from what I can see it is definitely the UptimeRobot plugin causing performance issues. When that is disabled the main dashboard page loads in a second or so. With it enabled, it often takes 30-40 seconds. Although the queries themselves are fast, I suspect Uptime Robot is then having PHP do something with all that information that is very slow. Turning it off dramatically increased the performance of some other pages in the admin as well. Hi, Thank you for pointing this issue out, since I’m running it on a bit over powered server I never noticed this issue. I just pushed an update to prevent duplicate queries. Please let me know if 2.1 resolved this issue completely. In my tests the number of queries went down, the load time is something I can’t check, so would like to hear your findings. Regards, Niels Page speed seems improved with light testing. Thanks!
