Hello! I have my Firefox settings to list version 11 or newer. I am using Firefox version 13 and the ribbon appeared on the website. I also use W3 cache and better security plugins so I’m not sure if that is the issue. I haven’t checked all the other browsers yet but I changed the settings to Firefox 9 and newer and that removed the ribbon. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/browser-update-ribbon/ Hi! Unfortunately the library in use isn’t updated since months. We’re currently updating it to better recognize Firefox and Opera versions. Great! Looking forward to the update!! OK, I just got the ribbon again. I have my Firefox set to 9 – I was using 13- and it showed the ribbon. So I even updated my Firefox to 14 and the ribbon still appeared. Have not looked at other browsers yet. Sorry but I had to lower my rating and mark this plugin as broken. Please post under this support ticket when its been fixed and I’ll try it again. In the meantime I’ve had to deactivate this plugin. Hi, the new release out today fixes the Opera version recognition. In our test Firefox 13/14 is currently recognized. Which OS are you using? Can you post here the debug string you see after enabling the plugin debug mode?
