This plugin appears to be broken due to changes in the Constant Contact API. At the moment, requests time out before completion. The plugin is using http://ccprod.roving.com/roving/wdk/API_AddSiteVisitor.jsp for the add subscriber URL which, if visited directly, informs you of the following: HTTP Status 410 – This signup form method has been retired. Please contact the website admin for help. Refer to http://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/6182-embeddable-sign-up-forms and http://developer.constantcontact.com for newer signup methods.
