supportYour plugin is broken, as soon as it’s activated the whole website crashes, giving this message: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ just a heads up 😉
Hi oguido. I’m sorry to hear that. Although I can’t recreate the issue yet. Could you please provide me with some more information? What PHP Version do you use? (needs to be 7+) Which WordPress Version do you use? What error information did you receive in your admins email inbox? Please check for Tools > Site Health in case you didn’t receive an email. I appreciate your help! I’ll try to solve the issue as quick as possible. Daniel This reply was modified 4 years, 12 months ago by 100plugins .
Hey oguido. While I’m still hoping for your feedback – in the meantime I upgraded the plugin to ensure PHP Version 5.6 compatibility. There is a pretty good chance that this will solve your error. So please update and let me know if this fixes your problem. Cheers, Daniel
Although oguido did not reply back yet, I’m pretty confident that I have solved the problem by adding PHP 5.6 compatibility with version 1.3. Nevertheless better use an up-to-date PHP version. @oguido It would be great to get some feedback from you on this. And of course a positive review/rating helps a lot to get good maintenance going ❤️ I’ll mark this topic as resolved.
Hello, sorry for not having get back before. I’ll give it a look and let you know 🙂 Cheers This reply was modified 4 years, 11 months ago by oguido .
